This notice explains how Rancho Music Productions LLC handles information on this company website, artist pages, music links, and label administration area. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@ranchomusicgroup.com.
Music services
You can browse and follow music links without accepting analytics. We do not run advertising pixels or collect music-service login details. A music button takes you to the service you select; that service then handles information under its own privacy policy.
Essential operation and security
Our hosting providers process connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. The application does not put raw IP addresses into its analytics database. For short-lived abuse limits, we use a protected hash derived from a connection address or account identifier and remove expired counters.
The label administration area uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie that lasts up to eight hours. Passwords are salted, transformed with a server-held secret, and stored as one-way hashes. The application records administrator changes for accountability. Optional authenticator secrets are encrypted; recovery codes are stored only as one-way hashes and work once. Enabling or disabling two-step sign-in invalidates older sessions.
Optional analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” we count release page views and music button clicks. Those events may include the release, chosen service, campaign/source labels, date and time, broad device and browser categories, referrer hostname, and country where available. We do not use advertising IDs, cross-site tracking, invasive fingerprinting, or unique visitor profiles. Counts describe events, not unique people or confirmed streams.
Analytics events are kept for up to 90 days under the current setting. Expired events are excluded from reports immediately and are removed when the site next processes analytics or an administrator updates retention. Administrators may export reports for company use. If you also choose to subscribe, consented campaign labels may be associated with your signup to measure confirmed subscriptions. These labels are optional and do not affect your ability to subscribe.
Your preferences
Your analytics choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. You can change it at Cookie preferences or clear it with your browser’s site data. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals turn off our optional analytics. If storage is unavailable, listening still works and analytics stays off.
Email subscriptions
Release-page email signup is optional and separate from analytics. We store your email address in encrypted form, the artist and release you selected, the signup time, and a record of your consent. A protected lookup value helps us prevent duplicate requests. We do not add pending requests to marketing campaigns. Pending requests expire after 30 days and are removed on the next signup or email-list administration request.
Resend processes your address to deliver confirmation messages and, after you opt in, the artist updates you request. You must use the confirmation link before becoming a subscriber. Marketing updates will concern the artist you selected. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email, without signing in, or ask us at contact@ranchomusicgroup.com. We retain subscription and suppression records while needed to manage your choice; you may request deletion. List access and exports are restricted to authorized label administrators. No advertising pixels or email open-tracking pixels are added by this system. We retain campaign delivery, bounce, complaint, and suppression information to operate the list and honor your choices. Campaign preference links open Resend’s hosted subscription-management page. Confirmed subscribers are shared with Resend only for their artist’s campaigns.
One-time reminders and music-service authorization
A release reminder is separate from an ongoing email subscription. You must confirm your email before we send the one release-day message. Its address is encrypted and cleared after sending or cancellation. Unconfirmed requests expire after 30 days. Abandoned reminders are cleared within 30 days after the release date, or one year after the request if no release date is available. Minimal delivery records are retained for up to 180 days after cancellation or sending. Use the private cancellation link or contact us to withdraw.
Where an approved native Spotify integration is available, Spotify handles sign-in and asks you to authorize a library save. We never receive your Spotify password. We encrypt the minimum temporary authorization needed for the selected release, without collecting your Spotify profile or email address. Stored tokens are removed after completion, cancellation, or expiration. A private management link lets you cancel; you can also revoke access in Spotify. This does not subscribe you to email or follow an artist. Official Apple Music pre-add links are handled by Apple under its own privacy terms.
Optional videos
Embedded YouTube videos load only when you choose to play them. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain, but playing a video connects to YouTube and is subject to its privacy policy.
Contacting us
Email links open your own email application. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond and handle the inquiry. Please do not send sensitive information that we do not need. Project forms store your name, email, optional business, timeline and budget, and message in encrypted form for up to 180 days. Only authorized owners and administrators can read these briefs. Form submission does not add you to a marketing list.
Who operates the website
Rancho Music Productions LLC controls the information described in this notice. We use Sites hosting and its Cloudflare infrastructure to serve pages, store company content, and run the application. Service providers may process data in countries other than yours. We do not sell or share visitor information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Privacy requests and policy changes
You may contact us about access, correction, deletion, or other rights that apply where you live. Because optional events do not identify individual listeners, we may be unable to associate them with you. We may update this notice when our practices change and will change the effective date accordingly.
